My Setia Alam house is still under DLP — should I go through the developer or ODSCC? Always raise the defect with the developer in writing first, within DLP. If they refuse or delay, ODSCC can produce an independent inspection report you can use to escalate, and if needed we execute the repair with a proper SIKA or FOSROC warranty that the developer's sub-contractor often cannot match.
The DLP on my Setia Eco Park bungalow has just expired and I have a balcony leak. What's the cost range? Bungalow balcony or pool-deck waterproofing typically runs RM 8,000-RM 30,000 depending on area, finish, and whether tiles need to be hacked and re-laid. We quote precisely after inspection.
