ODS Construction Chemicals Sdn Bhd began in 1992 as ODS Concrete Services Engineering — a small specialist outfit focused on getting waterproofing right at a time when most contractors treated it as an afterthought. Three decades later, we are an authorised applicator for six global brands, CIDB G5 certified, and trusted by retail, government, residential, and industrial clients across the Klang Valley.

Founded as ODS Concrete Services Engineering
Founded 15 June 1992 to focus on the structural-concrete and waterproofing trades.
1995
Rebranded to ODS Construction Chemicals
On 7 September 1995 the company rebranded to reflect its widening construction-chemicals scope.
1997
CIDB G5 certified
G5 grade earned in 1997 — qualified for projects up to RM5 million.
2008
IRATEC certified
Industrial rope access capability added to enable high-rise work without scaffolding.

We stand behind the quality of our work.
Workmanship warranty up to 5 years in writing; material warranty from FOSROC, SIKA, or MAPEI typically extends up to 7–10 years on top. Specific terms vary by project scope, material specification, and site condition — all spelled out in the service agreement. We have been answering warranty calls since 1992 — and we still answer the phone.
