My SS15 terrace has a leaking flat porch roof. What's the typical scope and cost? For a standard SS-section terrace porch (around 100-150 sqft), expect RM 4,500-RM 9,000 covering hack-out of old finish, primer, SIKA or FOSROC liquid PU membrane, and re-tile. Two to four days on site.
Do you handle Subang condo JMB tenders? Yes. CIDB G5 grading makes us tender-eligible. We have already done Copper Mansion Subang for a lift pit job and can produce that as reference.
My USJ double-storey terrace has water seeping through the bedroom ceiling under the upstairs toilet. Can it be fixed without hacking the whole bathroom? Sometimes — PU injection of the slab joint may work if the leak is at a crack rather than failed membrane. If the whole toilet membrane has gone, full hack-and-redo is the only durable answer. We diagnose during inspection.
