What we collect
When you submit our contact form, click WhatsApp, call, or email us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, the property address or area, and a description of the issue you'd like us to inspect. We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site beyond what is required for basic security and language preference.
What we use it for
We use the information to respond to your service inquiry and schedule a site visit, to prepare a written quote, to manage the project if you engage us, and to honour our warranty after handover. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone.
WhatsApp deep links
Our contact form uses a WhatsApp deep link (wa.me/60125930229) to open WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message containing only the form fields you entered. The form values do not transit our servers — we have no backend on this website. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the message thereafter.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to deliver service, honour warranty, and meet legal/tax requirements in Malaysia. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing odsconstchem@gmail.com.
