01 / The problem
What goes wrong.
Lift pits sit at the lowest point of a building, taking the full hydrostatic load. Water in the pit corrodes the lift mechanism, voids manufacturer warranty, and creates a serious safety hazard.
02 / The solution
How we fix it.
A two-stage system: crystalline admixture seals capillaries in the concrete itself, then a cementitious top coat finishes the surface. Active leaks first stopped with PU injection.

07 / FAQ
Service-specific questions.
The car needs to be parked above the pit; we coordinate with your lift maintenance contractor so the building experiences minimal disruption.
We dewater first and inject any active leaks. The substrate needs to be damp-but-not-flowing when the crystalline system is applied.
