Liquid-applied PU is our default for accessible roofs; torch-on for larger uninterrupted areas. A 200 m² shoplot roof typically completes in 2–5 days; commercial blocks of 1,000 m²+ are staged across 1–2 weeks.

  Yes — flat-roof work happens entirely on the roof slab. We coordinate access via the rear or service stair so the shop frontage stays clear.

• What if my falls are wrong and water always ponds?

  We add a thin sloping screed before the primer goes on. A membrane over a ponded substrate will always fail prematurely, so this step is non-negotiable.

• Do you work weekends to minimise disruption?

  For occupied retail blocks we can typically schedule the noisier substrate-prep stages outside trading hours, with the membrane application during the daytime when the workforce is fastest.
