What we deliver on site.

PJ lift pit scope: dewatering, mapping of active ingress paths, PU injection along cold joints and tie-bolt holes until the pit holds dry, then a two-coat crystalline system (PENTENS Crystalline Plus or FOSROC Brushbond RFX) plus a cementitious top coat on the negative side. We coordinate parking with the lift maintenance team each morning. Typical PJ lift pit: 4–7 days from dewatering to handover including a 24-hour water-hold test.

• How wet does the pit need to be before you can start?

  We dewater first and inject any active leaks. The substrate needs to be damp but not flowing when the crystalline system is applied — that is what bonds the crystal growth into the concrete capillaries.

  We use manufacturer-approved systems and provide the material certificates and water-hold test report most lift OEMs require for continuity. Confirm the exact format with the OEM before we start so we match it.
