Free Inspection
We come to your site, run a moisture meter across the affected area, and tell you what's actually causing the leak — in plain language. No charge, no obligation, no sales pitch. If the fix is simple enough for your handyman, we'll say so.
Step 02
Technical Quote
Itemised scope in writing, with the exact FOSROC, SIKA, or MAPEI product specified by name. You can call the manufacturer to verify we're an authorised applicator. The quote includes workmanship warranty term, material warranty term, and a delivery date we commit to.
Step 03
Execution
Trained applicators, daily progress photos via WhatsApp, project manager on speed-dial. We work around your operations — staged delivery for retail tenants, night shifts for live warehouses, weekend slots for occupied buildings.
Step 04
Warranty
Up to 5-year workmanship warranty in writing. Up to 7–10 year material warranty from FOSROC, SIKA, or MAPEI on top. Specific terms vary by scope and condition — all spelled out in the service agreement.

CIDB grades cap a contractor's allowed project value: G1 RM200K, G3 RM500K, G5 RM5 million, G7 unlimited. ODSCC has held G5 since 1997 — meaning we're audited against safety, financial, and quality standards every renewal. For homeowners that translates to peace of mind. For developers and JMBs it's typically a procurement requirement above a certain project value.
Workmanship warranty up to 5 years in writing. Material warranty from FOSROC, SIKA, MAPEI or other authorised manufacturers up to 7–10 years on top. Specific terms depend on project scope, system specification, and site conditions — all detailed in the service agreement.
A homeowner bathroom waterproofing takes 5–7 days; a 200 m² flat roof 2–5 days. Larger jobs depend on scope and access — a 30-storey façade rope-access project can run weeks. We commit to a delivery date in the written quote.
Yes. ODSCC is IRATEC-certified and qualified to take on projects that fulfill JMB (Joint Management Body) requirements for working at height — a legal obligation for many high-rise residential and commercial buildings in Malaysia. We provide formal proposals with named-product specs, programme delivery commitments, and warranty documentation.
We visit the site, use a moisture meter and where needed thermal imaging to identify the leak source, and explain the cause in plain language. You get a written technical opinion and, if you'd like to proceed, a fixed quote with itemised scope, materials, timeline, and warranty terms. No charge.

Every quote names the exact product specified — you can call the manufacturer directly to confirm our applicator status before signing anything. Authentic certified application is what unlocks the manufacturer's material warranty.
Yes. On larger projects we routinely coordinate with the main contractor, M&E, and the structural engineer. We provide method statements, risk assessments, and programme bar charts so our work integrates with the wider build sequence. We also do remedial work after handover when the original contractor missed something.
