Step 01
Site visit (if viable)
If the project is one we can take on, we visit the site, assess the issue, and explain the likely cause in plain language. No obligation. If the fix is simple enough for your handyman, we'll say so. Site visits for viable projects are at no charge.
Step 02
Technical quote
Itemised scope in writing, with the product proposed for the project named in the quote. You're welcome to confirm applicator status with the manufacturer. Warranty terms — where offered — and indicative schedule are set out in the quote.
Step 03
Execution
Trained applicators, daily progress photos via WhatsApp, project manager on speed-dial. We work around your operations — staged delivery for retail tenants, night shifts for live warehouses, weekend slots for occupied buildings.
Step 04
Warranty
Warranty terms — where offered — are written into the service agreement for each project. Specifics depend on scope, materials, and site conditions.
